Rosewood Residences are part of Rosewood Hong Kong’s vertical manor, which is situated in a prime location. With multiple shared spaces, open views, lounges and multiple function rooms, Club 53 is designed by Interior Designer, Tony Chi, from Tonychi Designers in New York. With a spacious layout and ample light, it brings a sense of warmth and coziness. Some apartments also feature picturesque green spaces and leafy private gardens, which ensure a high level of privacy. Guests can also enjoy a range of 24-hour concierge services, such as, collecting mails, sampling coffee or enjoying all-day snacks. Other facilities include a spacious fitness centre, an independent fitness room with personal trainers, a yoga room for TRX-training and a marble infinity pool for a healthy stay.

Rosewood Residences is different from the same type of apartments in the city. Its design focuses on details of home décor with luxury touches. Guests can also add their decorations and personal items to exhibit their unique styles. The 186 apartments are spacious, ranging from 474 square feet to 4,489 square feet. Fully equipped, they offer sweeping views of Victoria Harbour and Kowloon mountains. Guests can take an elevator to the studio apartments from Club 53. Units
of one bedroom or more are equipped with direct semi-private elevators, while the four separate duplex units on the top floor are equipped with exclusive elevators, which are ingeniously designed and add a touch of luxury.

To make the guests feel at home, the residences also offer several unique services, such as, relocation and personal assistant services, from after- school tutoring to dog walking and pet grooming, as well as other personalised arrangements.
