有干邑之王之稱的軒尼詩，最近推出極致奢華的佳釀「軒尼詩百樂廷皇禧」(Hennessy Paradis Imperial)。這款以過百種陳存最少 30 年至 130 年的生命之水 (Eaux de vie) 調配出來的珍貴干邑，精湛技藝已超越時間，充分展現軒尼詩篩選藝術的巔峰。

– 於 1818 年聖誕前夕，適逢是俄國沙皇亞歷山大一世的 42 歲誕辰，其母后就特別向聲名顯赫的法國釀酒世家軒尼詩訂製一款極致干邑為愛兒賀壽，一款傳奇佳釀因此誕生。當年調配總藝師顏· 費爾沃(Yann Fillioux)發現軒尼詩家族的酒窖收藏了一款最珍貴的生命之水，成了調配干邑的來源。而每個特定年份的一萬種生命之水中，平均僅有 10 種可被選用為軒尼詩百樂廷皇禧的調配。

名媛林心兒小姐出席由軒尼詩與澳門銀河合辦的「軒尼詩百樂廷皇禧」全新水晶酒樽揭幕晚宴。

– 二百年後今天，軒尼詩仍跟據此秘方，重現出這款以稀世陳年的生命之水調配出皇室佳釀，生命之水由古老橡木桶醞釀成，然後再結合幾款釀成干邑，口感精緻，縈繞味蕾。干邑帶染淡淡橡木色澤，滲出茉莉、橙花及其他花卉的清新香。而調配總藝師們薪火相傳，至今已傳至跟軒尼詩家族第八代傳人 Roch Hennessy 手上，讓軒尼詩得以擁有豐富的生命之水窖藏。

晚宴時貴賓可品鑒兩款特別甄選的生命之水，並親自將軒尼詩百樂廷皇禧倒入鬱金香形的水晶酒杯中。
美酒當然要配佳餚，軒尼斯悉心挑選精緻美食配襯這款生命之水。

– 軒尼詩家族亦深諳只有獨特的酒樽才可襯托得起，特意邀請以色列藝術大師 Arik Levy，為軒尼詩百樂廷皇禧設計全新的水晶酒樽，展現出這款精準、優雅及藝術之瑰寶。酒瓶是全水晶切割而成，以獨特結構及材質捕捉光線微妙變化，曲線與直線縱橫交錯、玲瓏有致的造型及彎曲起伏的輪廓互相輝映。還有手工雕刻的瓶塞、手工塗製的鈀合金瓶頸，每處細節都經過雕刻裝飾及拋光等，無論是整體或細節，也和諧一致，別具韻味。

– 收藏軒尼詩百樂廷皇禧的酒盒也別出心裁，以品鑑筆記的造型做靈感，典雅的橡木則讓人想起陳化生命之水的橡木酒桶。再以銅質鉸鏈及旋鈕點綴，每次打開酒盒，就猶如翻閱一本引人入勝的書籍。內側設計也仔細，利用光滑鏡面營造深邃的層次感，雍容華貴，象徵費爾沃家族世代相傳對追尋生命之水的堅定信念。

HENNESSY PARADIS IMPERIAL

The Hennessy Paradis Imperial,
put together with the water of life “eaux-de-vie” that has an average age of 30 to 130 years, embodies the pinnacle of the Hennessy’s art of selection.

Reigned as the undisputed king of cognac, Hennessy has recently launched the ultimate luxury cognac “Hennessy Paradis Imperial”. This precious cognac, put together with more than 100-year century water of life “eaux-de-vie” that has an average age of 30 years to 130 years, embodies the pinnacle of the Hennessy’s art of selection.

– This legendary cognac was first commissioned by the Dowager Empress of Russia as a gift for her son, Tsar Alexander I at his 42th birthday on the Christmas Eve of 1818. When the Master Blender, Yann Fillioux, exclusively selected the most precious eaux-de-vie in the Hennessy family’s wine cellar collection and it became the blending for this cognac. In an entire harvest, only ten out of ten thousand eaux-de-vie on average are deemed worthy of entering this blend.

**Ms Eleanor Lam attended the launch dinner co**–**organized by Hennessy and Galaxy Macau for the brand**–**new crystal decanter of the Hennessy Paradis Imperial**.

– Two hundred years later, the House of Hennessy still follows the secret recipe of their predecessors and recreating this rare and ageing water of life to blend the finest cognac for the royals. The eaux-de- vie are aged in ancient oak barrels, and meticulously blended with few individual eaux-de-vie to create this exclusive cognac with lingering taste. The cognac, in a subtle oak colour, continually revealing delicate floral essences of jasmine, orange blossom and other flowers. The craftsmanship of the Master Blenders has been passed from generation to generation, and today it has been passed on to the House of Hennessy’s eighth-generation member, Roch Hennessy, so the House of Hennessy could continue to curate the eaux-de-vie.

In the dinner, privileged guests can examine two specially selected eaux– de–vie, and pour the Hennessy Paradis Imperial into the tulip–shaped crystal decanter.
The exquisite delicacies selected by Hennessy is a perfect match with the eaux–de–vie.

– The House of Hennessy is well- versed that only a unique decanter can pair with this premium spirit and has asked commissioned Israeli artist, Arik Levy, to design a new crystal-cut decanter for the Hennessy Paradis Imperial, showcasing this precise, elegant and artistic treasure. The whole bottle was made with crystal. The artist created a decanter with a faceted design with curves intertwined with lines that capture subtle variations in lighting to enhance the colour of the cognac. There is a hand-carved stopper, hand- painted palladium alloy bottleneck as well. Every detail, from handcrafted sculptures to polishing was so harmonious and elegant.

– The Hennessy Paradis Imperial’s wooden gift box was also in exquisite packing. Inspired by tasting notes, the elegant oak is reminiscent of the aged of the eaux-de-vie in the oak barrel. The box, decorated with brass hinges and knobs, is like reading a fascinating chapter of a book when one opens the box. There is also fine detail in the inner design with the use of a smooth mirror to create a deep sense of layers. The elegant design symbolises the persistent pursuance of water of life of the Fillioux family from generation to generation.
